Job Summary - We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our client base and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and managing both field sales and tele sales for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities - Generate and convert leads for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Websites, etc.)

• Perform field sales visits and tele sales follow-ups to close deals
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
• Pitch digital marketing solutions to potential clients and explain service benefits
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversions
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing

• Experience in field sales and tele sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)
• Good presentation and client-handling skills
• Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a digital marketing agency
• Existing network or client base is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
