Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking to hire a dynamic and responsible candidate who can efficiently handle both Office Administration and Sales & Marketing (Telecalling) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations while actively contributing to business development and sales through telecalling and follow-ups.

• ey Responsibilities:Office Administration:Manage daily office routine activities
• Maintain and update client databases (Excel/CRM)
• Handle documentation and filing work
• Manage emails and follow-ups
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Monitor office supplies and inventory
• Assist in billing, invoice follow-ups, and basic accounts coordination

Sales & Marketing (Telecalling):Conduct daily telecalling for lead generation

• Reach out to potential clients and explain company services
• Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales
• Support business development activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

Required Skills:Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)

• Confident telecalling and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
• Good multitasking and organizational skills
• Responsible and proactive attitude
