Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are hiring a performance-oriented Sales Representative to expand our B2B client base across food manufacturing, export, and trading sectors.

This is a target-driven role suited for individuals who are confident in communication, consistent with follow-ups, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients (manufacturers, exporters, distributors)
• Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach, and online lead generation
• Present products, share quotations, and handle client queries
• Coordinate internally for samples, pricing, and order execution
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients
• Track daily activities and maintain lead records

Performance Expectations:

• 40–50 outbound calls per day
• Consistent follow-ups and pipeline management
• Monthly contribution towards revenue targets

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in B2B sales / telecalling / business development preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and result-focused
• Basic knowledge of food/spices industry is an advantage
