Job Description

Job Title: Sales Officer – Real Estate 

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai 

Job Type: Full time 

Experience: 0-3 years 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through 

networking, referrals, and market research. Generate leads and convert them 

into sales. 

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, 

including buyers, sellers, and investors. Understand their needs and provide 

tailored solutions to meet their real estate goals. 

• Property Sales: Conduct property viewings, present properties to potential 

buyers, and negotiate terms of sale. Provide detailed information about property 

features, pricing, and market conditions. 

• Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property 

values, and competitor activities. Provide clients with current market insights and 

recommendations. 

• Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed 

sales targets. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow 

of business. 

• Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and 

professionally. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or 

selling process. 

• Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and other 

documentation. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance 

with legal requirements. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing and 

property management staff, to align sales efforts with overall company 

objectives. 

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. 

Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, 

Marketing, or a related field preferred. 

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track 

record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

• Skills: 

o Strong sales and negotiation skills. 

o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

o Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems (e.g., MLS, 

Salesforce). 

o Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights. 

o Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Personal Traits: 

o Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets. 

o High level of professionalism and integrity. 

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

o Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions.
