Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Officer – Consumer Durable Loans

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager:

• Identify potential customers within partner retail stores for consumer durable loan products

• Engage with walk-in customers and explain EMI / loan offerings as per eligibility

• Collect required customer documents and validate them in line with organization norms

• Log loan applications in the system as per defined SOPs and follow through till disbursement

• Achieve targeted conversion and sanction ratios as per organizational requirements

• Coordinate with store staff to generate leads and ensure smooth customer handling

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to maximize customer value under supervisor guidance

• Ensure timely follow-up with customers for documentation, approvals, and disbursement

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all operational and process guidelines

• Support onboarding of new retail partners/vendors and maintain strong working relationships

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory (RBI) guidelines
