Job Description
Lead & manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets & goals. - Develop & implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth. - Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, & performance reviews. - Analyse sales data & market trends to identify opportunities & challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, customer service) to align sales efforts. - Coach & mentor team members to improve sales skills & product knowledge. - Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, & reporting. - Identify & pursue new business opportunities. - Build & maintain strong relationship with customers.
