Role Summary

• Handle end-to-end Jio Home Delivery operations in JC area
• Manage outbound channels and ensure high service levels
• Recruit, train, deploy, and supervise direct sales agents & promoters
• Drive daily lead acceptance and delivery targets
• Ensure JHD system configurations and full territory coverage
• Monitor competition and suggest improvements for better customer experience

Skills Required

• Team handling (8–10+ members)
• Direct sales & market knowledge
• Recruitment and target orientation
• Strong customer focus

Education & Experience

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• Experience: Graduate 4–8 yrs | MBA 2–6 yrs

Compensation

• Max salary: ₹38,000 per month + TA
