Job Opening: Experienced Salon Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salon Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the beauty or related service industry. The ideal candidate will be a true leader, passionate about customer care, and possess a proven track record in driving business growth through team motivation, upselling, and customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities


  • Business & Growth ManagementTarget Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets (service and retail).
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead initiatives to grow the business by actively attracting new customers and retaining existing clientele.
  • Upselling & Retail: Drive a culture of excellence in service delivery and effective upselling of high-value services and retail products.
  • Operations: Oversee all daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable environment.
  • Team Leadership & DevelopmentTeam Management: Provide inspiring and effective team management, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation for all salon staff (stylists, beauticians, and support staff).
  • Motivation: Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment that encourages professional growth and excellent performance.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle internal and client-related issues promptly, professionally, and effectively.
  • Customer Care & ExperienceService Excellence: Ensure every client receives an exceptional, high-quality, and consistent service experience.
  • Customer Care: Set the benchmark for excellent customer care, actively managing client feedback and resolving complaints to ensure maximum client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ambassadorship: Represent the salon brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven managerial experience in a salon, spa, or similar customer-facing service business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team successfully, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
  • Exceptional skills in customer care and communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales and business growth targets.
  • Proficiency in salon management software and basic business administration.
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
