Urgent hiring for Executive assistant and Receptionist for one of the leading Pvt Ltd firm.


Key responsibilities -

  1. Proven experience working in a corporate reception or front office role, preferably within a technical, corporate or professional service environment
  2. Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, meetings and appointments.
  3. Travel and event management - Plan and manage travel itineraries, accommodation,and logistics for the leadership team.


Requirements-

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Management or related field.
  2. 2 to 5 years experience as a executive assistant or front desk officer admin.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
