Process - Customer Service voice process
Req - Min 6 months of International BPO exp would work
Shift Timings - 24*7 rotational shifts (night)
Education - HSC/Graduation Mandatory
Salary - - upto 40,000 inhand
5 days working 2 rotational offs
Inbound voice process - resolving customer queries regarding (Troubleshooting, billing etc) plus upsales.
24*7 shifts with any 2 offs. Even during training
Excellent voice comms skills required.
