Job Summary:

The Junior Engineer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day site activities, labour handling, safety compliance, and ensuring smooth execution of construction work from planning to project completion. The role requires coordination with contractors, site teams, and internal departments to maintain quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site execution activities as per project plan and timelines.
• Handle and supervise labour workforce, assign daily tasks and ensure productivity.
• Ensure strict safety compliance and implement all safety protocols at the site.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress from start to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and internal project team for smooth execution.
• Verify and ensure construction quality as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Maintain daily site records, labour reports, material consumption, and progress updates.
• Support in material planning, checking material availability, and coordinating with the purchase team.
• Assist in preparing measurement sheets, contractor bills, and documentation work.
• Identify on-site issues and report them to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager for timely resolution.
