Senior HR Recruiter

A Senior HR Recruiter leads end-to-end talent acquisition, developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent and acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networks, job boards) to fill specialized roles and build talent pipelines.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and facilitating candidate selection.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and set assessment criteria.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, high-touch experience for all applicants and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Analytics & Process Improvement: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records, track metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire), and refine strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a Senior HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar full-cycle role.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for building relationships.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and modern recruitment techniques.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
