Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager
Location: Mahape
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the facade or
construction industry.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales efforts in
the facade industry. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the market,
strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales
targets. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic
partnerships, and leading the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market
share in the facade industry.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and setting clear objectives to ensure
consistent performance.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client
engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and
decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales initiatives with business
goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the
facade industry.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to represent the company and build brand
visibility.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
- Proven experience in the facade, building materials, or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with facade systems, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex sales processes and market
dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with architects, contractors, and construction firms.
- Strong network within the facade or construction industry.
- Knowledge of facade systems, glazing, cladding, and structural glass.
