Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead – Real Estate Sales to oversee a team of Assistant Sales Managers, drive property sales, and meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build client relationships and close deals efficiently.
👤Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Drive end-to-end sales process: Lead servicing, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Train and mentor sales team to enhance their skills, improve performance, and maintain productivity.
• Track team performance daily/weekly and report to senior management.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and handle key accounts when required.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company sales policies.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience; at least 1 year in a team handling role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
• Knowledge of CRM software/tools will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local language.
