About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our car workshop team. The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for understanding their vehicle concerns, preparing accurate service estimates, coordinating with workshop technicians, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers professionally upon arrival.
  • Understand and document vehicle concerns and service requests.
  • Prepare and explain job estimates, costs, and timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to schedule and monitor repair/maintenance work.
  • Keep customers informed about service progress, delays, or additional repairs.
  • Deliver vehicles back to customers on time with a clear explanation of work performed.
  • Handle warranty claims, insurance approvals, and service packages.
  • Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and customer history.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when required.
  • Qualifications & SkillsGraduate/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of automobiles and service processes.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (DMS, MS Office, CRM tools).
