Job Description
- Key Responsibilitiesš Site Supervision: Oversee daily facade installation activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- š ļø Technical Coordination: Liaise with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues related to facade systems.
- š Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to standards, codes, and client requirements.
- š Documentation: Maintain site records, progress reports, and inspection checklists.
- š§© Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges such as alignment, sealing, waterproofing, and structural integration.
- Qualificationsš Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- š¢ 2ā5 years of experience in facade/site engineering (curtain wall, glazing, cladding).
- š Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- š» Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
