Site Engineer

Key Responsibility Areas:

Billing & Documentation:

• Prepare running and final bills (RA & Final bills) for clients and subcontractors as per project terms.

• Verify and certify subcontractor bills with supporting documents and measurements.

• Coordinate with site engineers for daily progress and measurement sheets.

• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation (BOQ, BBS, drawings, client approvals).

• Handle reconciliation of materials and work orders.

Site Coordination & Execution:

• Supervise daily construction activities as required.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.

• Track project timelines and report delays or discrepancies to the Project Manager.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure all materials and work meet the quality requirements.

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project budgets.

• Support in audits and inspections related to billing and site work.

Cost Control & Reporting:

• Assist in project cost estimation and budget control.

• Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on billing and work progress.

• Coordinate with accounts and finance teams for invoice processing and payment follow-up.
