Key duties include monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and reporting to clients or consultants. 

2.A Site Engineer for finishing works manages the final construction stages, ensuring high-quality execution of interior and exterior elements like plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceilings, and MEP fixtures. Key responsibilities include interpreting architectural drawings, supervising subcontractors, managing material quality, conducting snags, and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards.
