Role - Site Head / Project Head

Primary Goal: Deliver the entire infrastructure of the township on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Overall site execution management

• Coordination with architect, consultants, and contractors

• Monitoring project timeline

• Cost control and BOQ monitoring

• Approval of contractor bills

• Quality inspection of major works

Performance Goals:

• Complete project within 6–8 months

• Maintain cost deviation within ±5%

• Ensure zero major quality defects

• Achieve weekly milestone completion
