Job Title: Site Head – Real Estate

Job Description:

The Site Head is responsible for managing complete on-site sales activities for the assigned real estate project. The role includes handling walk-in customers, coordinating with sourcing and marketing teams, guiding the site sales team, and ensuring achievement of booking and revenue targets. The Site Sales Head plays a key role in converting site visits into bookings while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly environment at the site office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Site Sales Head will oversee daily sales operations at the project site and ensure proper handling of walk-in clients and scheduled site visits. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting the project details, highlighting USPs, and handling negotiations to close deals successfully. The candidate will coordinate closely with sourcing managers, channel partners, and the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and site visit conversions. Managing, guiding, and motivating the site sales team, monitoring their follow-ups, and ensuring timely CRM updates are also part of the role. The Site Sales Head is responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, maintaining accurate sales reports, supporting documentation and booking processes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking while following company policies and RERA guidelines.

Experience & Skills:

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate sales cycle, and the ability to work under target pressure. Prior experience in handling on-site sales teams, walk-in clients, and high-value closures is required.
