We are looking for a Social Media Content Strategist who understands content beyond aesthetics — someone who thinks strategically and executes creatively.

If you enjoy ideating, scripting, planning, and building stories for social media, especially Instagram Reels — this role is for you.

You will shape content ideas, write creative copy, script reel dialogues, and manage execution across multiple client brands.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Plan and execute social media content strategies
• Develop structured content calendars aligned with brand goals and trends
• Write strong hooks, captions, and reel concepts
• Script dialogues and screenplays for reels
• Maintain brand tone and storytelling consistency
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Stay updated with platform trends and evolving formats

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Strong command of English (preferred)
• Proven experience in social media content strategy or related role
• Clear understanding of reel-first content
• Creative and strategic thinking ability
• Ability to write engaging, non-generic content
• Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
• Prior agency experience preferred
