Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who has hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid social media ads along with organic content management. The candidate should be capable of planning ad strategies, managing campaigns, creating content calendars, and analyzing performance to drive brand growth and leads.


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop overall social media strategy (organic + paid)
  • Create monthly, weekly, and daily content calendars
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
  • Handle multiple brand pages efficiently


2. Content Planning, Creation & Posting

  • Plan and execute content formats such as:
  • Reels
  • Posts & Carousels
  • Stories
  • Shorts
  • Static banners
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, CTAs, and ad copies
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors
  • Schedule and publish posts regularly


3. Paid Ads Management (Mandatory Experience)

  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Create campaigns for:
  • Brand Awareness
  • Engagement
  • Traffic
  • Lead Generation
  • Conversions
  • Perform audience targeting, retargeting & lookalike campaigns
  • Manage ad budgets and optimize for better ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences
  • Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, and ad performance


4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track performance for both organic and paid campaigns
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze insights and suggest data-driven improvements
  • Optimize content and ads based on performance metrics


5. Trend Research & Market Analysis

  • Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels formats & algorithm changes
  • Analyze competitors’ ads and content strategies
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve reach and conversions


6. Community & Lead Management

  • Handle comments, DMs, and inquiries
  • Coordinate with sales/CRM team for lead follow-ups
  • Ensure professional and timely audience communication


7. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, design & management teams
  • Support campaigns, launches, and promotions
  • Share insights and performance updates with stakeholders


Required Skills & Expertise

  • 3–5 years of social media management experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
  • Experience in lead generation & conversion-focused campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Creative and analytical mindset


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Experience working with agency or multiple brands
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Ads or YouTube Ads is an advantage
  • Canva or creative coordination knowledge preferred
