Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing & Creation Executive who will handle all aspects of online marketing, social media content, campaign management, and brand visibility. • Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Design and manage visual and written content — posts, reels, banners, product creatives, and advertisements.
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies to boost website traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creative storytelling and branding.
• Handle influencer outreach, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred.
• Strong creative sense with proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and social media scheduling tools.
