Soft Skills Trainer

Program: Samarth Skill Program (Raah Foundation)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to guide and train youth (18–25 years) under the Samarth program. The trainer will help students build confidence, improve communication, and prepare for jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on English communication, email writing, teamwork, punctuality, resume building, and interview skills
• Support students through group activities and one-on-one mentoring
• Track student progress and motivate them to achieve goals
• Assist in center operations like attendance, reporting, and basic admin
• Engage with parents and communities to spread awareness about the program

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in any field
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and youth development
