Job Title: B2B Field Sales Manager – ERP Software

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Up to ₹50,000 Incentives

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Field Sales Manager who has strong experience in software or ERP sales and can drive business growth in the Mumbai market.


Key Responsibilities: Business Development

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads for ERP software solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Field Sales & Client Meetings

  • Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Present ERP solutions and explain product benefits to prospective clients.
  • Handle client objections and convert leads into paying customers.

Product Demonstration

  • Conduct ERP product demonstrations to showcase features and business benefits.
  • Work closely with technical teams for advanced demonstrations when required.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and effective client communication.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and pipeline updates.
  • Required SkillsProven experience in B2B software sales / ERP sales / SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and business processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle field sales and client meetings independently.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Experience working with SMEs, manufacturing companies, or service businesses.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation process and business workflows.
  • CompensationFixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
