Creating and managing essential closing documents like purchase agreements, escrow instructions, and title policies. 

2. Coordination: 

Working with various parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and escrow companies. 

3. Compliance: 

Ensuring all legal requirements and real estate regulations are met during the closing process. 

4. Communication: 

Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved. 

5. Troubleshooting: 

Addressing any issues or delays that may arise during the closing process. 

6. Closing Management: 

Overseeing the closing process from contract signing to the final transfer of ownership. 

7. Record Keeping: 

Maintaining accurate records of all transaction details and documentation. 

8. Client Engagement:

Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying or selling process through call and site visit.

9. Property Management:

Show properties to clients, manage listings, and prepare properties for sale.
