Student Relationship Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Student Relationship Executive to guide prospective students throughout their admission journey. You will serve as the primary point of contact, addressing student queries and helping them make informed decisions about joining our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and respond to queries related to fees, placements, hostel facilities, curriculum, and other academic details.
• Handle student inquiries and leads provided by internal teams.
• Guide students through the entire admission process and help them complete all formalities.
• Communicate with students through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions when required.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth student experience.
• Maintain student interaction records and update the database regularly.
• Participate in counselling sessions, campus visits, and events as needed.
• Follow up with interested students to help them complete their admission process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student concerns with clarity, patience, and empathy.
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
