• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Oversee the preparation and operation of printing machines, including screen printing and digital printing equipment.
• Monitor and manage the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Supervise routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Conduct and oversee quality control checks to meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues, providing guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff to improve skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the label industry and printing processes to optimize production.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the printing or label industry.
• Proven experience in supervising a plant or production team.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
