Job Description

  • Job Title: Supervisor – Construction Sites
  • Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
  • Job Description:Handle painting work quantity surveying and billing
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed site measurements
  • Monitor and supervise ongoing construction site activities
  • Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimation
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
  • Maintain records of work progress and billing documentation
  • Experience Required:2 to 3 years of experience as a Billing & Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience in painting works preferred
  • Key Skills:BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
  • Site measurement and billing
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes
  • Good coordination and communication skills
