Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

2. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).

3. Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct interviews.

4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

5. Manage job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.

6. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights.

Eligibility

1. 1-2 of experience in Talent Acquisition.

2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
