Tally Accountant

Job Title: Accountant & Tally Operator 

Location: Dahisar More,Tal- Panvel , Dist - Raigad (Office-based)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant & Tally Operator to manage day-to-day financial records, GST compliance, and Tally Prime operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated student or fresh graduate with accounting knowledge, eager to grow in finance while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and reconcile daily transactions in Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, and payments.Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time.Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and trial balances.Manage inventory tracking, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations using Tally.Assist in payroll processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.Ensure data backup, error-free voucher entries, and compliance with Indian accounting standards.Support audits by providing Tally-generated reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Pursuing or completed B.Com/Accounting diploma; knowledge of finance studies a plus.Proficiency in Tally Prime (ERP 9 preferred); hands-on experience with GST modules.Basic understanding of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Good communication for coordinating with vendors and team via WhatsApp/email.

Experience: 0-1 year (internships in Tally operations count); freshers with certification encouraged
