Team Leader

JD for *Team leader* 

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage last-mile delivery operations and lead a team of 

delivery executives. The role involves ensuring timely deliveries, monitoring performance, and 

maintaining high customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Manage daily last-mile delivery operations.Ensure orders are delivered on time as per SLA. 

2. Supervise and guide delivery executives. 

3. Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and performance. 

4. Handle on-ground escalations and resolve operational issues. 

5. Track key metrics like on-time delivery and order fulfillment. 

6. Coordinate with warehouse/dark store teams for smooth dispatch. 

Requirements: 

1. 1–4 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce. 

2. Experience in managing field teams is preferred. 

3. Good communication and problem-solving skill 

4. Basic knowledge of Excel and operational reports.
