Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader/ Assistant Manager– Motor/ Health Insurance (BPO)
Location: Ghansoli
Reports To: Operations Manager
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10-20 agents in handling life insurance-related tasks such as policy issuance, claims processing, underwriting.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and provide coaching.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure that the team meets or exceeds individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Ensure the team is well-trained on life insurance processes, product knowledge, and customer service protocols.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority client/customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients (internal or external) regarding service delivery, performance updates.
- Foster a strong relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
