Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software
• Handle AMC billing, service invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare vendor payments and maintain purchase records
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank books
• Assist in GST returns, TDS filings, and statutory compliance
• Maintain invoice records and client payment tracking
• Coordinate with CA for audits, taxation, and financial statements
• Monitor pending invoices and prepare MIS reports
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, POs, and billing records
