Job Description

Joining our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our business. If you are passionate about automobiles and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service come and join us.

 

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service      appointments, and providing information about our products and services.

2. Listen attentively to customer concerns or complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding work to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

3.  Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of service appointments and communicate updates or changes to customers as needed.

4.   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up communications using our CRM system.

5.   High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or automotive technology preferred.

6.  Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

8.  Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

9.  Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, MS Office suite, and internet research tools.

10. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

11.  Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially when dealing with difficult or irate customers.

12.   Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer needs and service schedules.

13.   Passion for automobiles and a genuine desire to help customers with their automotive needs.

14. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and always representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
