Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with strong technical knowledge to handle WhatsApp Business API setup, integration, and ongoing technical support. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues, integrations, and system-related queries.

• Support clients with:

• API configuration
• Template submission & troubleshooting
• Webhook setup
• Message delivery issues
• Monitor API performance and resolve technical errors
• 🔹 Integration & AutomationAssist in CRM, chatbot, and third-party tool integrations
• Support automation workflows, auto-replies, and chatbot logic
• Work on basic API testing and debugging
• 🔹 Issue Resolution & DocumentationDiagnose and resolve technical tickets within defined SLAs
• Maintain proper technical documentation and SOPs
• Escalate complex issues to higher technical teams when required
• 🔹 Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with Meta/WhatsApp API partners for technical resolutions
• Share daily/weekly technical status reports
• Ensure smooth client experience post-onboarding
