Shamg Venture is seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our Recovery team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, explaining outstanding dues, and assisting them in clearing balances in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements as per company guidelines.
• Handle customer queries related to dues and settlements.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
