Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers for personal loan sales.
- Explain personal loan products, interest rates, EMI, and eligibility.
- Generate leads and follow up till loan disbursement.
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements).
- Coordinate with bank and credit teams for approvals.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain customer data and daily call reports in CRM.
- Provide after-sales support and customer assistance.
