🔎 Role Overview We are hiring a Tele Collection Officer for the Personal Loan vertical to manage outbound calling, follow up on overdue payments, and assist customers with suitable repayment solutions while ensuring compliance with all collection guidelines and regulations.

• 🛠 Key Responsibilities Make proactive outbound calls to customers for recovery of overdue personal loan payments
• Assess customer financial situations and propose appropriate repayment solutions
• Resolve customer queries and handle difficult or escalated cases professionally
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and debt collection laws
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers using updated data reports
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
• 🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualification: Graduate or HSC
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Voice Process (Mandatory)
• Freshers:
• 
  
• Freshers with strong lingual skills can apply
• Graduate mandatory for freshers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment
