• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in local language and English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and targets
• Prior telecalling or telesales experience is a plus
