Telecaller

CourtKacheri.in is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our legal services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote legal and consultancy services
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries received through website, ads, or referrals
• Explain services such as legal notices, cheque bounce cases, trademark registration, GST, FSSAI, etc.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate legal solutions
• Follow up with interested clients to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the legal and operations team for smooth onboarding of clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
• Proven experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is an advantage)
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in legal services, consultancy, insurance, banking, or service sales
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
