Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Promote and sell company products/services over the phone (telesales)
  • Provide accurate information and support to customer queries
  • Generate leads, follow up with customers, and close sales
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel
  • Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales/support KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
