Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Call potential customers (leads) generated through our app and website to convert them into active bookings.
- Customer Education: Explain the Ridoji rental process, pricing models, and the benefits of our platform to new users.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly targets for successful bookings, lead-to-customer conversion rates, and revenue.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat bookings and handle basic queries regarding rental extensions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls and lead statuses in our CRM/Lead Management tool.
