Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Full Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and articulate Female Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our company and job seekers. You will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process, from providing initial job information to ensuring they complete their training and attend appointments. If you enjoy talking to people and have a knack for coordination, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to inform them about current job openings.
• Explain job details, salary structures, and role requirements clearly.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process and facilitate their training completion.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for interviews or further processing.
• Maintain a daily record of calls, candidate feedback, and appointments fixed.
• Answer queries politely and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

We offer a comprehensive salary structure that rewards your hard work and covers your work-related expenses.

• Base Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month (Salary will be negotiated based on your experience and interview performance).
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of your base salary.
• Overtime Pay: Extra pay for any hours worked beyond the scheduled shift.
• Travel Allowance (TA): Allowance provided to cover commuting costs.
• Mobile Recharge: Company-provided mobile recharge for work purposes.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Age: 18 to 30 years.
• Language: Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and Basic English (to understand basic documentation).
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a polite tone, and basic computer knowledge are a plus.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates will be preferred.
