Job Description
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Proactively calling prospective customers from a provided database to introduce loan products such as personal, home, or business loans.
- Eligibility Profiling: Conducting a "need analysis" by asking specific questions to understand a customer's financial situation and checking if they meet basic lending criteria (e.g., income, age, credit score).
- Product Education: Explaining the features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment terms of different loan options clearly to the customer.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or site visits for the field sales officers with high-intent leads.
- Document Collection Coordination: Guiding customers on the necessary KYC documents (ID, address proof, income statements) required for the application process.
- Follow-up Mastery: Maintaining regular contact with "warm" leads who have shown interest but haven't yet committed to an application.
- CRM Management: Accurately recording every call interaction, customer feedback, and next steps in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
