Job Title: Telesales Executive (Inside Sales) - Financial Services & SMB

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 + Attractive Monthly Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential SMB (Small & Medium Business) clients. Your primary goal will be to introduce our premium services, identify business opportunities, and convert leads into successful partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential business clients (SMBs) through cold calling and follow-ups.

Product Pitching: Clearly explain our company’s products and services, highlighting the value proposition for the client’s business.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with existing and new customers to ensure long-term retention.

Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer objections professionally, negotiate pricing/terms, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.

Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all calls, feedback, and sales activities in our CRM/database.

Market Insight: Gather customer feedback and market trends to share with the internal strategy team.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience: 0-2 years in Telesales, BPO, or Customer Support (Experience in Financial Services/Stock Market is a major plus).

Language: Must be fluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
