Job Description
Hiring: Voice Process – Banking Collection (EMI)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives
Benefits: PF + Insurance
Process: Voice Process – Banking EMI Collection
Clients: SBI (Dhruva), Piramal Sales, SBI-IB / SBIOB, Mahindra Collection
Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Location: Rabale
Eligibility: Graduation mandatory (any stream), good Hindi & English communication. Banking/collection/voice experience preferred (freshers with strong communication can apply).
Role: Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up for EMI payments, explain payment options, resolve customer queries, maintain records.
