Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Voice Process) Company: Candidate Express
About the Role: We are looking for freshers and experienced candidates with average English communication skills for our domestic voice process in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. This is an "Easy Selection" role with regular salary increments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for the domestic BPO process.
- Explain products/services clearly to potential clients.
- Achieve daily targets and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Document call outcomes accurately in the system.
Salary & Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹24,000 (Fixed ₹15k - ₹20k + Incentives).
- Weekly Payouts: Get paid every week!.

Candidate Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
