Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Voice Process
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Fresher to 6 months (BPO Voice Process)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in hand (basic hike on last drawn salary)
Role: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with clear communication.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English
- 6 months–2 years BPO voice experience (freshers can apply)
- Basic computer/typing skills
- Willing to work rotational shifts & weekends
Shift: 9-hour rotational day shifts | 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off
