Telecalling Executive

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain banking products (loan, credit card, etc.)

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable products

• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve targets

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM system
